Sterling Warranty

We offer a Ten-year warranty on all of the mattresses made by us! We also provide the option to have your bed re-worked for the price of materials and delivery (if necessary). Our warranty includes impressions of over one and one-half inches on quilted tops, three-quarters-inch impressions on stretch knit tops, and any other manufacturing defect.

Not sure if you qualify? Call us at 618-988-8888 and fill out a warranty request by phone with one of our mattress craftsmen. Or send an email directly to our service department at service@sterlingmattress.com. Our service manager will return your call or email within 2-5 business days. It's that easy!

To make it easy, have a few things ready when you contact us: the make/model of the mattress, the size of the mattress, roughly when you purchased the mattress, and your name, number, and complete address. If you are unsure about the specifics, you can find a manufacturer tag at the head or foot of your mattress with most or all of the information above.
